Welcome 
BitterSweet Retrievers is a small hobby kennel located in northeast Ohio.
Dogs here all have jobs! Some of our dogs are shown in Conformation,
while others are worked, by our daughters, in Showmanship, Rally,
Obedience or Agility competitions. Our daughters have been showing
in AKC competitions for about 5 years.
We breed about 1 litter a year, when we are ready to add another dog
to our family, or when enough past buyers are ready for that 2nd dog,
or have lost their original, "BitterSweet" retriever.
The Java daughters are out there following in dads footsteps.
Latte has earned her rally title through RE and is working towards her RAE. Kenya holds her RN, and is presently being shown in breed (2 majors and a single-8pts) and is working in agility.

We are members of Cuyahoga Valley Golden Retriever Club and
Megan is applying for membership into Cleveland All Breed.
